I'm getting a i5 3470 3.2GHZ QUAD with a GTX 680..
Will it bottleneck or will it run fine with games like BF3?

It wont bottleneck any game!
Possibly in the future but not soon.

Iam runing a 780 with the same cpu as you, and no bottleneck in any game ive played.
