To save some money there are a few things:
840 Pro Samsung 256GB. This is a great SSD, the best in fact. You could easily go down to the Samsung 840 250GB and still get great performance but save about $50. Also the Ram. It would be best to get some without the heat spreaders to allow a big cpu cooler to be added:

That RAM will save you $90. You do not need fancy ram with the huge heat spreaders. That brings us to the third point. You need a CPU cooler if you plan to overclock.
The RAM without heat spreader means you can put a huge heat sink on the CPU and it will fit. Having just two ram stick helps too.

For the best in cooling, Noctua NH-C14 or NH-D14 or NH-U14S.
Of course you have selected an expensive case, but that is a very personal choice and remember, you will be staring at it every day.
