I want a New computer that can play BF4 on Ultra but I am on a LOW budget , 900 Euros I Hope U would help me and I hope u get things from European Store cuz American Stores have great prices while European is soooo high , Thank u For Any Help .

First of all, you can't make a system to run a game that isn't even finished... you will have to wait until BF4 is released and tested, then you could think about getting a computer to run it.

Also, besides PSU, you can get all pieces from US' online stores and get them sent to you... still cheaper than buying in any Europe' store.
