Yes, it's enough. You aren't overclocking and not many peripherals. You could even use 450W, but I'd stick with 500W.

What concerns me right here is the MB-CPU combination ; you have core i5-3470 which is ivy bridge and the MB is h67 chipset which is originally Sandy bridge .. Some Intel snady bridge motherboards (H61-H67-p67 and Z68) may need a BIOS update prior to using Ivy Bridge CPUs.

so for more future-proofing I'd recommend getting a z77 chipset if you plan to oc you cpu, if not then get a b75 or h77
