hi I am from India
i was wondering if a 7750 will be good enough for my rig
heres my rig:
I5 3570k
4gb ddr3 upgrading to 8gb (if buying 7750)
450w psu
win 7 64bit
my psu does not have a 6 pin connector else i was thinking to go for a 7770
so is 7770 with a new psu worth it than a 7750??

Solution
Forget about crossfiring. It causes issues in games and is really only good for 3 monitor gaming. Otherwise, just get a good GPU.
If you did get a 7770, then 500W is enough.
If you want 2x7770, then you need 600-650W PSU. This will consume more power.

Instead you could get a 7850 or 650ti boost on a 500W PSU and it'll rock games.

8GB is better but 4GB is ok for gaming. If you want to help your gaming performance the best thing you can do is get the best GPU you can afford in your budget.

What!!!!!!!!!????????
That beautiful i5-3570K deserves a better companion like GTX 670 , GTX 680 , HD 7950 , HD 7970. But anyways , I would get a new PSU like the CX500 with a 7770. And don't think CrossFire is good , its not. I would rather save up and opt for a 7870GHz. If its urgent Get a GT620 ( can play games at satisfactory settings ) and opt for a GTX 650TiBoost or HD 7850.

4 GB RAM is enough for most gaming. It's only recent titles like BF3 and Crysis 3 that manages to use more than 4 GB. Remember that you will also need a 64 bit Operation System to be able to use more than 4 GB RAM.
FYI - I play BF3 with a 7850 and 4 GB and have no issues what so ever. I plan to go with 8 GB in the near future though.

What PSU are you using? You can run a 7770 on a 450w power supply with no problems, depending on the PSU, it's actually the number of amps, not the number of watts that matters, which is why we need the make and model of PSU so we can go check. Just use an adaptor to turn the normal power supply connectors into a 6 pin.

FYI I'm running a Radeon 7850 on a 300 watt power supply and core i5 processor with no issues in one PC and dual 8800GTs on a 500 watt power supply (requires 2 x 6 pin power adaptors)
