As the title says, I can't start WinDefend. I get the error 5 when trying to start WinDefend, NisSiv and Microsoft Antimalware Service.
I had the same problem with my firewall, which I fixed by changing some permissions in the registery. I can't do this with WinDefend.
This problem makes me not able to use Windows Defender, Microsoft Security Center, and I can't install updates.
