This is my first time posting on these forums, and I am hoping to solve this nagging problem with your help. I have a linksys e1200 router which is about a year old. Further, I have comcast internet cable. I am suppose to get 54 mbps download speed, and I do get these speeds when I am wired to my router. However, I only get 25 mbps download when I am wireless.
Here some solutions I have tried:
Change the channel of my router (I changed it from auto to 10) It did give me a slight bump in download speed.
I turned of WMM which bumped up my download speed from 16 to 25.
Can anyone please offer me a solution to this problem? Thank you!
