Need Advice, Planning to buy Sapphire Radeon HD 6670 DDR5

Here are my computer specs:
Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 @3.0GHZ
Transcend 3GB DDR2 RAM
320GB SATA HDD
500W PSU
MSI G31-TM-P21 Motherboard

Will my motherboard support the HD 6670 card?
As of now , i don't have any graphic card. So please tell me, will their be any problems running this? Will my motherboard support shader version 5.0 graphic card?

yes but i would up at to t least a 7770 or 650ti

yes the card will work with that mobo.
