Kind sir, If you would like to provide more knowledge about your computer such as the capacity of your power supply unit and at what resolution you carry out your "High end gaming" I would be more than happy to refer you to one of our members in India who hold knowledge on the best graphic cards available for the price. However, i assure you that graphic cards that will grant you access to the world of mainstream gaming will cost you a bit more than that. You're looking at around 8000-9000 rupees at the very least assuming you are from India.

keeping in mind that graphic card can play high end games with mid settings
or atleast low setting...(DX11 and shader v 5.0)
My current display resolution is 1440 x 900 in 22'' LCD(max.1920 x 1080)
and i have power supply of 400W(max. written on PSU)
i already had 2 inbuilt fans ...
prefer me the min priced and max o/p card .....
as i m engaging GC 1st time to my moserbaer mobo..
Thanks

You should get a HD7770 for that resolution. You'll be able to play all games on high with that gpu and i wouldn't recommend anything less than the HD7770

The brand doesn't matter. I went with the Sapphire HD7770 which is quite little yet packs a lot of power. make sure you have a decent PSU with a 6pin power connector if not don't despair the card comes with a molex to 6pin connector. make sure you have at least a 400w psu if not then you're gonna have to upgrade
