20 pin female to 20-1 pin male?

I have a Sabertooth X79 motherboard to which I need to connect the USB 3.0 cable from the front panel of my chassis. I need (I think) a female 20-1 pin USB 3.0 adapter, but I can only find 20 pin adapters, such as this one: http://www.amazon.ca/StarTech-com-Internal-Motherboard-Adapter-USB3SMBADAP6/dp/B00B3GYIKS/ref=pd_cp_ce_0.

Can I use a 20 pin female in the 20-1 pin male port on the motherboard?

That cable pictured will plug into your MB USB 3.0 port OK. But are the 2 female connectors what you need to connect to your front panel?

Edit:
You could get a USB 3.0 front panel like this to install in an empty front panel slot of your case.

Thanks for your reply spooky2th. My chassis (Corsair Graphite 600T) already has a USB 3.0 front panel. What I need is an adapter to plug into the 20-1 pin male socket on the motherboard so I can connect the wire from the front panel to the mobo.

There should be a usb 3.0 cable coming from the front panel that you can plug into the MB's 3.0 usb. Does your case have a usb 3.0 front panel?
