I have a 4U 19 inch rack mount chassis that is designed to house several plug-in hard drives. I need a suitable power supply. Would a standard AT PC supply be what I need? There is no PC main board in this chassis and all I want to do is to provide power for the hard drives.

A 4U rack will usually accept a "standard" ATX PSU. As far as I can tell, the Logisys CS4801BK is no different (although I found no specific specs for that)
