Do you mean Format as in wipe the disk, or re-image or restore as in re-install a clean operating system. If the former, any number of disk wipe utilites will do, dban is a common one to use http://www.dban.org/
If you actually mean you want to re-install Windows, your computer should have a restore partion on the drive, you can boot to that to wipe your disk and re-install Windows as it came from the factory. For exact details on how to do that for your model, check your manual.
