with---8GB RAM
and 620 PSU
also 500+250GB Hard are constant b/w the up two scenarios.

I am more than happy to play games at medium. Monitor's resolution is 1440x900.

I am inclined towards the 1st rig(3220 with card) but 4 cores are very attractive in the 2nd case.

So, i am open to suggestions.
Thanks.

ps: budget doesn't allow me to get 4430+Graphic card

Solution
The 7770 will absolutely destroy HD4600 in gaming.

If gaming is something you plan on doing with this system then get the I3 and 7770.

hahahaha I don't know who, but money can surely buy a lot of things, including happiness. hahahaha In the future, of course it might be a factor that you only have 2 cores. But for now, only a few games utilize 4cores. Almost all, about 90%, use 2 cores only. If you can find an older i5, go for it then go for the 7770. The hyperthreading isn't worth it.

Depends on what games. Graphically intense games like Bioshock Infinite and Crysis will push the CPU to the brink. But there's very few games that will otherwise.

hmmm, BioShock Infinite is on my list. Others being Hitman absolution, DMC and new Tomb Raider.

again i am not looking for playing at highest/ultra settings. I am just looking at decent settings BUT atleast want my rig to go a bit far in coming months.
