Battlefield 3 Suggested Graphics Settings on laptop?

Hello, i just got my laptop and just recently installed BF3 on it. What would be the best setting without lag? Here are the specs on my laptop:

Intel Core I7-3635QM (Quad)
AMD Radeon HD8770M GDDR5 1GB
8 GB RAM DDR3 1600 Mhz
1920 x 1080 Res. Display Full HD

These are the settings they offer.
Texture Quality:
Antialiasing Deferred:
Ambient Occlusion:
Terrain Quality:
Mesh Quality:
Shadow Quality:
Effects Quality:
Motion Blur:
Terrain Decoration:
Antialiasing Post:
Anisotropic Filter:

Just play with the settings until you find the best for you.
AA post and deferred should be "off" though - a laptop will most likely drop performance significantly with these enabled.

Of those settings, shadow quality and ambient occlusion will have the biggest impact on performance (aside from AA), so I'd set those at low, perhaps medium.
