I am just about to start to build a new PC Build and i will list some suggestions and if anyone has Any Ideas about how to improve or what else i could do it would be very much appreciated!

CPU : I7 4770K £260
GPU: Geforce GTX 780 x 2 £1100
MB :Asus Z87 MAXIMUS VI EXTREME Intel Z87 £340
Case: Corsair 900D £300
Memory : Corsair Dominator Platinum 16GB £180
Storage: Samsung 840 Series 500GB 2.5" Solid State Disk x2 £387
+ Seagate Barracuda £90
Custom Watercooling + a standard optical drive
How much should i spend on watercooling? is 850 watt enough?

850 watts would be massive overkill, actually; not that there's necessarily anything wrong with overkill - I have an 850w PSU myself, for no other reason than sheer excess. However, much more important than wattage, is getting a high-quality unit with good efficiency and plenty of amps on the +12v rail. Look at Seasonic, Enermax, Corsair, Antec or the new Rosewills for starters. Go 80+ gold (or platinum, if you can afford it), and consider something in the 650 watt range (still more than you need, but what the hell).
