Should i buy a second hand gtx 660?

Yea I would be curious what is wrong with the card. He could of over clocked it and fried it. I have bought computer parts of ebay that were good deals and have had no issues with them. He might also be starting the bid low to get more attention. Its always a 50/50 shot when you buy used computer parts. Just be care full on what decision you make.
