Will this computer run 60fps while recording on minecraft?

You might be able to get over 100fps while recording, I've used a 6100 (stock speeds) and with the mod "mo creatures" which really slowed down my other pc, it still got over 100fps, somewhere around 130 i think. Depending on what recorder you use will change the outcome of course. I used fraps with a amd phenom 8400 triple core 2.1ghz, recorded at 30fps and got around 40 fps in the game (low settings with normal view distance) That setup should work great.

You don't need a second hdd but it will help a little.
