Try EVGA precision, its safer than flashing, restore defaults in msi they will conflict.
Currently using EVGA Precision now. I found a solution! I rasied the voltage cap to 1.1v. I directly edited the BIOS and flashed it myself. It was a surprisingly easy process too, I was expecting way more. Anyways, my problem is now entirely fixed! I even managed to clock the card all the way up to 900/1800/1950! (I'm being careful with the memory since my 460 doesn't have heatshrinks there, plus I've been told it doesn't do much anyways) I don't know if this voltage trick did the job by itself, but there were like 50 something windows updates that I was unaware of, AND I rolled back to 296.10 WHQL drivers. Hasn't crashed since! I'm actually able to play my games now!
