My graphics card comes with games, can I sell them?

I am looking forward to buying a Sapphire 7950 3GB GPU ($280), and it comes with a $20 MIR, $170 in games. Can I sell the games?

$280-$170-$20=$90!!

...Or is there a block on the games where I can't sell them?

Yes you can, but nobody will pay you the full price when they can get them at the same price from steam or elsewhere. Keep that in mind

I'd just subtract $10 for the actual retail price. But go for it that way, there's nothing to lose.
