New Build.. should I flash the Bios?

I am working on a new build, with the P9X79 Pro, and I was wonder what everyone thinks about flashing the bios before initial start up? I figured it would just be easier to do it from jump then the set anything up and then have to update it later. What do you guys think?

Have to disagree, that used to be the standard, but with todays mobos, every BIOS upgrade released is often 50-75% DRAM upgrades and the rest fixing problems with other things to ensure compatibility with other newer components hitting the market....and flashing is no longer the 'dangerous' process it used to be....I seldom use it, but even the apps you can use to flash while in Win seem rather stable...(I still go through the BIOS in most occasions).....just my 2 bits
