Also, do you need peripherals (mouse, keyboard, monitor) and Windows?

Here, if you want to run DayZ on High settings this is pretty much as cheap as you can get without buying a monitor, keyboard, and mouse:

Alright well in the future when money allows and i wanted to upgrade a graphics card will a different card fit? properly?
thank you so much! that link with the suggested parts seems a really good way to go, i plan on playing other games such as combat arms, minecraft...etc. but i also plan on using my 32 inch tv as a temporary monitor, would that be ok?
Combat arms and Minecraft will run flawlessly on a machine like that, and your T.V. would work just fine, you will need to purchase a keyboard and mouse, but then you'd be ready to go. Also, I'd like to recommend War Thunder as a game you consider, it's free and it's very fun. Maybe another good way to test out your new system.
Sorry it took so long to reply but thank you so much man for the help, you've made the scary process of going to pc more easy, but an extra question, will the i5 be able to over clock and will i be able to run games like battlefield 4 when it comes out and could i run games such as skyrim, fallout...etc at decent frame rates and high settings?
Well at your budget, I selected an i5 that isn't unlockable, but it does automatically overclock in turbo mode to 3.6GHz. You could spend more to purchase one that you could overclock if you wanted, but you'd also have to purchase a ~$30 CPU cooler. That's a plenty strong processor, quite a good match for that GPU and yes, you should be able to run most current games at high setting with decent framerates, as for battlefield, you'll probably be looking at medium ish settings, though if you turn down Anti-Aliasing you'd probably be just fine on high.
