Cant display this video mode.

Recently, i managed to build a new computer. I started to install things here and there and pretty soon, I realized I needed to increase my resolution. I accidentally put it on 1920 x 1080 even though i knew my monitor could not handle. I need a quick solution to escape this awful "Can't display this video mode" screen

Thanks, it worked perfectly. Now i have another question,i installed my GPU drivers and it asked me to reboot, but when it does reboot, a message comes up that says it still cannot recognize my GPU because of drivers not being installed. I need extreme help here.
