what do you mean by your keyboard and mouse don't work? without those, all is lost untill you can get a working keyboard and mouse.
when the computer first turns on, do you see any messages about "Press F2 to enter BIOS Setup" or "Press F10 for system settings." or anything of the sort? try pressing that button. (Typically F2, F10, F12, Del, Delete, or Ctrl)
Does the Windows install disk boot or does it go straight to MBR Error?
