guys can you help me decide on which micro atx mother board is better or best for the fx 6300 and 7790 1gb OC

about the choices;
which one perform better and would last long, with no bad feedback. (fyi my place always having brownouts and surges)

@GIGABYTE GA-78LMT-USB3 AM3+
(this board has a 4 pin but the ram runs only @ 1333mhz and its less rating compared to Biostar. I guess the reason why this has not been chosen to others for It's hard to replace if there is some defects which the company is from Taiwan and far from U.S.)

@BIOSTAR A880GZ AM3+
(this board got two pin only but it can handle OC ram @1866 and its got more high ratings. Is this brand reliable?)

i know there is only little difference about the ram, which would be the best of the two for my FX 6300 and sapphire 7790 OC ( Overcloking my 7790 needs huge mhz of ram?)

here is the link;

http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.aspx?Submit=ENE&DEPA=0&Order=BESTMATCH&Description=fx+micro+atx&N=-1&isNodeId=1

Help me decide:pt1cable:
are there links of reviews about this two? kindly give me...:D

GA-78LMT-USB it is. Period. Better power design, more features, better capacitors, connectors, better customer service,.. During daily use, the different between 1333 and 1600 sticks isn't noticeable any at all unless you want to do some heavy rendering/editing with your setup.

And no, Biostar is not reliable, at least with 90% of their boards.

You had 10% good mobos with BioStar - You're lucky! ;)

20 Biostar boards were used in an Internet cafe near my neighborhood and 2 of them survived through the first year :lol: Since the operating condition was tough there, lets be generous and treat that as 2 of them has passed the warranty duration :lol: They use only Gigabyte and MSI boards now, if that matters. And that's just one example.

I'm very pro on GSkill, and that's definitely my choice here, basically a no-brainer, the RJs are CL7 vs the other at CL9, will have much better performance with the lower/tighter CL -- and if any problem - the RJs (GSkill) has a lifetime warranty, which for you may be handy as they are based in Taipei and he RMA process would be through them, they also give excellent support and have knowledgeable techs...and support on their forums I think is very good (I'm a volunteer Admin on their site) their Techs, chief of support and some of the FEs are in and out of their forums M-F (get's lonely for me on weekends ;)

Ah, nice. So you want to open your shop in Philippines but ship parts from the US? CPU and RAM are good to be shipped since they almost never break. I goes for the G.SKill kit too. But, about motherboard, although those gigabyte boards have a very low chance to be faulty, you might still get some DoA parts during shipment and more bugs that only happen later during use, so you should think very careful before purchasing motherboards from another country, as the shipping fees to send back just 1 or 2 faulty parts can be higher than the board's cost itself.

As for buying in bulks, maybe you should try to contact Amazon.

Why not take the GSkill bars mentioned above? As for these 2 kits, Corsair XMS3 would be my pick.
