I have a 2600K@4.3GHz
Z77 Extreme 4
Gigabyte Windforce 3X GTX 670
--------------------------------------------------
I have a very efficient/quiet PSU which is a OCZ ModXstreme 600W PSU.
------------------------------------------------------------------------
Before my 670 I had a power hungry GTX 570, which was crazy loud at times.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I have alot of room in my case. Phantom 410/with removed HDD cage. about 5 inches of extra space. So fat or long it should fit :p  (dont be all negative on me:)
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I am planning on selling my 670, if you think it isn'ta good idea tell me, I thought really hard about SLI and numerous fingers pointed to both SLI and single card solutions. My PSU cannot handle my 670s if I chose to go SLI, so thats my main reason, I don't really want to buy a new PSU

You sound like you know the best option for you is the GTX 780, but I seriously won't recommend you to upgrade just yet (while performance improvement is significant, it's not enough for you to pay $600).

Hmmm, k... Im seeing if anyone else has to say but I your answer really helps me :) , You think I should invest in another 670? I only play at 1920x1080, but the games I want more performance in dont have SLI support. I have a friend who is programmer and is really good at making ENBs for GTA 4, but I use his Alpha 2 version but custom and maximum output settings. here is a pic

As you can see, the FPS is 24.6 but I dip down to 18 since the Alpha 2 isnt the full release and it is exclusive, I need a single card for games like GTA 4(heavily modded like skyrim, 4K textures

UPDATE, the picture was resized to 1600x800 but if you want it I can upload 1920x1080
