Blue and white dots on screen, like dead pixels but they move .

I have an alienware m17xr3 with switchable graphics, from AMD radeon HD 6900m series, to Intel(R) Hd graphics 300, It only happens when i am switched to the AMD Radeon, i've uninstalled the drivers and reinstalled, same thing. help?!

It's been doing this since day one, and no its not under warranty, I've had so many problems with this one laptop that cost 2600$, and i've gotten hardly any enjoyment out of it.
