both are high end mobo's, but the power phase design,O.C capability of the crosshair V(it's ROG limited edition) is better but the formula-Z is cheaper and would be worth the price.
For a 990fx mobo the formula-X would be enough, don't get something higher than that. try to invest more for the gpu

They are the same board. One is sold by Amazon and the other by Hot Deals 4 Less.

I am not sure why you are going with such a high end board if you don't plan on overclocking. You should pickup a ASRock 990FX Extreme3, it comes with 8GB of ram as well from Newegg.

What exactly is your intended use for this build? You are going with an entry level card with a high end motherboard, cpu, and cpu cooler. ASRock 990FX Extreme9 would still be a better value than these boards even if you do plan on overclocking.

is there any other choice for me? i cant sell the graphic card and buy a 2 gb card now bcos here in india there are very few ppl who buy that costly graphic cards. i jsut bought al these 1 month back.

I agree, i'm from india nad have the same card.
do one thing buddy, give a add on olx or quiker for sale of ur graphics card and get a a better gpu like the hd7870/gtx760(will take time to launch in india).
For the mobo,why are getting such a costlier mobo,at cheaper price u can get a Z87 motherboard and a haswell cpu like i5-4670k(intel's 4th gen. processor) or a ivy bridge processor(i5-3570k) and a z77 motherboard(3rd gen.).
if u like to go with the fx8350, then buy a cheaper board with good O.C capability like the msi 990fx/gigabyte 990fx/asus 990fx board and get a better gpu, which would be worth the price

which city do u live in?
U will get better performance than fx8350

and i have a doubt doesnt this mobo have good O.C capabitlity ?? i mean its costlier so i thought the more its costly the more over clocking capability and i feel the mobo will not get heat like the present one which iam using ( asus m5A97 LE R 2.0)

ur mobo is fine and u have the best cpu from amd i.e., fx8350,right?
Bro i would recommend u to get something like hd7870XT or wait for gtx760 to launch in india

and aftermarket cpu cooler like cooler master hyper 212+ and keep ur cpu cool and get the best performance, it will also help u to do much O.C in future

i will provide u the link of gtx760 if i find it(in india)
