Yes, the case fits the motherboard. You can tell by the case specs, which indicate ATX or micro-ATX. Your motherboard is micro-ATX (http://ark.intel.com/products/65511)

Regarding PSU, I ran a calculator, and also assumed you're running a hard drive and DVD/ROM drive. Power requirements came out at 266W, with a recommended PSU of 316W. So, I'd suggest that anything between 350-450W will do for you. There are plenty of good 400-450W PSUs out there for cheap.

If you want to plan for future upgrades, you can bump that up to 500-600W, but it would definitely be a waste to go higher than that.

Recommend getting a Certified Bronze. Not sure what country and shopping options you have, so it's tough to recommend a specific PSU.
