you'll need at least 300W, so go for a 600W or 520W PSU

Depends on what CPU and other components you are running and how much future expandability you want to build in, also what case you have.

Yes, the case fits the motherboard. You can tell by the case specs, which indicate ATX or micro-ATX. Your motherboard is micro-ATX (http://ark.intel.com/products/65511)

Regarding PSU, I ran a calculator, and also assumed you're running a hard drive and DVD/ROM drive. Power requirements came out at 266W, with a recommended PSU of 316W. So, I'd suggest that anything between 350-450W will do for you. There are plenty of good 400-450W PSUs out there for cheap.

If you want to plan for future upgrades, you can bump that up to 500-600W, but it would definitely be a waste to go higher than that.

Recommend getting a Certified Bronze. Not sure what country and shopping options you have, so it's tough to recommend a specific PSU.
