I have an ASRock Extreme4 motherboard and was looking through the BIOS at all the functionality I have when I came across a setting called something like "Non-K OC" which says it will "take steps" to overclock my non-K CPU. After enabling the setting and then checking CPU-Z, my clock jumps around from 3700MHz-3900MHz. Does that mean my CPU has been overclocked? Sorry if I am ignorant in the subject, I have not been able to mess with overclocking much since I do not have an i5-3570K yet
