hi i'm looking for a 1080p monitor for my new pc, which is mounting hd7850, it's a mid tier computer, so i'm not gonna spend too much on the screen, the budget is around 100€, on a website i've seen this:
benq gl2450
for 130€, it's a good monitor?
please suggest me something on this price, maybe cheaper

Look at this: ASUS VS Series VS247H-P Black 23.6" 2ms LED Backlight Widescreen LCD Monitor 300 cd/m2 50000000:1 (ASCR)

http://www.electronicsmonster.co.uk/product/894233/asus-vs247hp-236-inch-led-monitor-500000001-250cdm2-2ms-1920x1080-full-hdmi-dvi-vga#.UclkePnvtq4
That's a little over what you are looking for pricewise but it's got a very fast response time and a great contrast ratio.

hmm 160€ it's too much i suppose :\
but looking around for 23" the lower price is 150€, so i'm gonna look for 21.5, the only 23" at that prize is the benq.

speaking of 21.5: what do you think of
Asus VS228H Monitor LCD 21.5'' Wide (125 €)

and
Samsung Syncmaster S22B350H LED Monitor 21.5 " (127€)

?
thanks for the answer btw

It doesn't really matter too much, though a 2ms monitor might be nice if you are gaming, If you can find a Samsung for that price I'd get it, if not, those Asus monitors are all pretty much the standard for gamers nowadays. It's somewhat difficult to find prices in Euros and availability of these products since I live in America, but to my knowledge the Samsung is probably your best bet.

Hey dude
Some may disagree what I am about to say but whatever :)
If you are not a serious gamer and are mostly looking to watch movies and do some casual gaming on your PC just go with the cheapest 1080 you can find. Of course you may want to choose from a brand that you trust and a decent design.

I have the same card as you and I bought a 23" 1080 Fujitsu screen for about 100€. No regrets.

i'm sorry for annoying you gyus, many thanks to you all, but i'm such a noob and i'm starting to get paranoid, let's say i'm going to buy this one
Samsung Syncmaster S22B350H LED Monitor 21.5 "

which is cheap (127 euros) and it's 2ms, it says hdmi, this is my pc

sapphire radeon hd7850 core 860MHz 1gb DVI HDMI DP
motherb: asrock970de3/u3s3 am3+ sata3 usb atx
case:thermaltake commander usb 3... and other if necessary

can i buy it without caring for compatibility issue? the fact that the gpu supports hdmi is enough, or do i have to look to motherboard specs and stuff?

thanks

No you don't have to look at anything other your video output, which HDMI. The monitor you posted is perfectly compatible. To be honest it would be very hard for you to find a new monitor that wouldn't have what you need. Just remember that the HDMI rarely comes with the purchase of the screen so if you don't have one, remember to buy one.
