Used "clean all" on SSD. Do I have to do anything else before selling it?

I used the "clean all" command on my Kingston Hyperx 3k 120GB, and was wondering if I have to do a partition or anything else before it'll work in another person's computer. I typed in "list disk" and it says: "Disk 0 Online 111GB"

I'm new to this, so sorry if it's a stupid question. Basically, I'm just wondering if this step is necessary: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/2674-partition-volume-create-new.html

Thank you. I have one other question: I'm also about to clean a 1TB 7200 RPM Hitachi hard drive and then reinstall Windows 7 Home Premium. Do I need to create a partition after using "clean all" on that in order to reinstall Windows 7?

It would be better (and easier) to leave it as is and when you begin the installation of Windows 7, select "repair your computer", click command prompt, then format your drive letter (c:\format c: ). It is essentially the same thing. Then you can install on to a clean drive.

If you do a quick format, it will leave your system files from the previous installation in a folder called "Windows old"

Will my data be safely removed with that method? (I'll be selling the entire computer including that drive).
