Hello!

I've had a problem in the last weeks and I don't know how to solve it anymore. First, specs:
intel i7 2600k
mobo gigabyte GA-Z68MA-D2H-B3
16Gb DDR3 1333MHz Kingston HyperX
Zotac Nvidia 470
900W PSU
Benq XL2410t

Problem: as I work on my computer (sometimes graphic-intensive), some horitzontal lines begin to appear only on the right side of my screen. Only Windows (if I reboot, they don't appear until windows load screen). They keep increasing as time passes, and change color depending on the background (yellow lines on white, blue lines on black for example). Not static lines, they flicker.

What I've tried (not in this order): Rolling back drivers (clean installation), format all hard drives, reinstall windows, change dvi cable, change PSU-to-card cable, clean all the computer, manually set fans to get more power (it doesn't revert the situation, lines only appear but never disappear during session).

Update: I can confirm it's the monitor, as the PS3 through HDMI does the same. Talking with Benq atm.

i've seen this before. it's a dying monitor.

sorry bro. gonna have to replace the monitor. Here is one check i'd run first before i do that though. use your onboard graphics, make sure it's not your gpu. I'm 99% sure it's the monitor, but it doesn't hurt to double check first.
