will this psu run my build?

Alright so i've been thinking about Cooler master GX 450w i checked and it's in tier 2b from eggxpert which is nice quality it's 80% plus bronze and has 35 amps on 12v rail. Now im wondering will it run this spec

CPU: i3-3220
GPU: radeon 7850 1gb ddr5
MB: GA-B75M-D2V
RAM: 4gb Crucial 1333mhz
HDD: 500gb seagate barracuda

I can't buy from newegg or amazon only actual shops which i can go to so my choice is limited im pretty confident it will run but i wanna hear ur opinions on this

they have alot of bad psu's but this one is good cause it's tier 2b and as i said i can't use newegg or amazon so my psu width is limited this is the best one i could find thanks tho im confident it will work now
