Thinking about this case. I want it to be really quiet, so I was wondering if two sp120 quiet edt fans front intake and one back exhaust is enough. I am planning on using a noctua nh d14 cpu cooler. and the graphics card i am going to put in it is a gtx 770 windforce 4 gb.

I would think it would be fine. Use msi afterburner on your gpu and get the fan curve set to work with your usage. You didn't say what your m/b is, but if you have sufficient pwm headers, be sure to use those for the case fans and set them up also.

Yep - you should be fine. Between the noctua and the 3 fans, your rig will stay well below concern levels.
