FX 6300 is the best out there for Rs. 10000. Costs around Rs. 7500.
It is a very decent CPU for Gaming and should give you no problems. It is overall much better than 6100 (as it is of a newer Generation)
FX 6300 is Piledriver CPU while FX 6100 is older generation Bulldozer CPU.

The fx 6300 processor has frequency 4.4 GHz on Flipkart which conflicts with info available on official AMD site.(3.5 GHz)

I have no idea why is that so. You should get a normal FX 6300 and overclock it yourself if you want.

i have never heard that flipkart overclocks processors it is probably a mistake
buy fx 6300 from a local shop or flipkart it does not matter go with the cheaper one but get a aftermarket cooler like
