Gtd 780 at 100% load from Starcraft 2 cutscenes!?!

Seriously a $700 card goes to 100% load from star craft 2 cinematic cutscenes? Is this normal or is my card messed up?
Evga gtx 780 w/ acx cooler
Ultra settings
1360 X 780 resolution
I use evga precision x to monitor temps n stuff. I don't know what's up With this thing

This is because they are not frame limited, so your card is cranking out like 2000fps in the cutscenes.
I use NVInspector to set a frame limiter for my monitors refresh rate, I recommend you do something similar.
