Just a couple questions

- Is 8 GB of RAM Enough ?
- MY Games range from the occasional FPS to mostly MMOS/RTS/LoL Type Games
- Is a 690 Really better for lets single monitor gaming compared to titan ?

Knowing all you do which build would you choose in my spot if you were going out to spend $1800

- 8gb is enough for gaming
- 690 will beat a titan at single monitor easily but a 3 monitor it becomes closer since the titan has 6gb vram compared to 4gb in the 690 but it will still do better

I would get the middle option with the 780, for a single monitor it will work perfectly for what you are asking i just wanted to show you different options

For gaming alone, yes.

Yes; assuming that you run GTX SLI Titan.

Grab the one that I just put up.

he listed no storage

8GB of RAM is all you need any more and its just being wasted, I would go with the 780 it has 90% of the performance of a titan but for a ton of money less, pocket the rest of the money and maybe a couple years down the road you can SLI two 780s.

I recommend throwing an SSD into the build with the extra savings, it really sets your rig apart from the every day computer.

770 SLI beats the titan and is cheaper.

yeah a 770 will beat a titan but not on the vram factor, 4gb max vs 6gb obviously a titan if better and its a single gpu so you wont have any sli issues
