I have overclocked my 3770K to 4.5GHz and when under 100% load I get input lag from my wireless mouse that I don't normally notice but it becomes really obvious. It has passed stability tests and isn't becoming too hot. Is this a sign to increase the voltage or should i just leave it?

I think your question is also the answer. under 100% load things can get a bit laggy most likely not your mouse but the OS itself. Get a wired mouse ans see if you get the same issue. What are you doing to max out CPU this could be part of the issue too.

It was just during the stability tests and sometimes when i convert videos i just let it max out the cpu to get it done quicker. i don't seem to get any input lag with the wired mouse. Any ideas or do you just think it is normal because of the load?

I really think it is load related I mean this does not happen when you are not at 100% if I understand you correctly. So to me this is really a non issue annoying maybe but nothing is broken and overclocking/volting will not fix this.

ok thanks, it doesn't bother me really cause under 100% load i wont use it anyway ill let it complete the task but i didn't want to ignore it because i wasn't unsure whether it could damage the computer. Thanks for the help :)

No problem Only thing you might do is watch the temps on CPU when at 100% as temp throttling might cause some lag also.
