That's a really weak desktop build. Go PS.

The new PS4 isn't going to make Sony a profit in the short run. They are optimized to run games and not much else off their hardware. You would probably need to spend 7-800 on a build to match game play to the PS4 ATM. You would have a lot more options with PC(mods, maps, etc.) which is why I chose to build. They are advertising 64 player maps on BF4 for consoles @60FPS which isn't bad but may be the max you'll see. It may be wise to go with the PS4 if you can't afford much more.

No one will question this: games look better on a PC. I laugh when I see XBox or PS games compared to my PC games.
It looks like PC games set to Low settings.

The original build for PC is very weak. You can't play games on that cheap..if so..then get a A10 + 2133 RAM and skip a GPU.

That's not equal to a PS4. This will make games look wayyyy better than a PS4.

Oh definitely. A hex core CPU plus a dedicated GPU will annihilate any console that comes before it. What's going in the PS4 is essentially a glorified AMD APU. It will never be a substitute for a dedicated CPU and GPU no matter how much the fanboys froth at the mouth over it.

There are many reason to buy a console over PC. There are many great games that PC users miss out just because it is exclusive. Games like Halo, Last of us, Uncharted , etc. Plus there is no reason to get a 2133 RAM the performance difference are highly minimal to an average user.

blah blah blah blah. Clearly, you've never seen how much better PC games are. Every time my roommate plays his XBox with 2013 games I can't help but laugh. The graphics are horrible.

2133 RAM is for AMD builds with no GPU. Look it up.

I play both PC and console and graphics are not the reason to chose PC over Console buddy. You might play games like Crysis 3 that looks awesome on PC and of course it is, but you also miss out other games that you can't play on PC. Plus there is no reason to buy weak PC just because OP is on a tight budget.
