Here's the PC I'm thinking of getting:
Intel i5 3570k CPU (Already Purchased)
MSI Mpower Z77 Motherboard
MSI GTX660 Twin Frozr GPU (Already Purchased)
Kingston Predator 8gb Ram
Western Digital 1tb Caviar Blue
Crucial 128gb M500 SSD
Corsair Gaming series 2013 700w PSU
Coolermaster Hyper TX3 Evo CPU Cooler
Windows 7 Pro
Coolermaster K380 Case
I want to make YouTube Videos, and play games, should I change anything?

if you wanna make youtube videos a i7 would be a better bet since it has hyperthreading, the 660 wont allow you to get ultra 1080p when recording so you will have to record at lower resolutions. 700w is big for this system unless you plan on sli. also with the k processor it doesnt make sense since you are overclocking.

GL on making videos, that seems to be what everyone is making pcs for now

That looks pretty solid to me. In fact, it's pretty much past beginner and more into "upper middle class". You should be able to run pretty much anything for the time being. I don't know how it will stack up to next-gen games like Watch Dogs, etc.
I think you'll really enjoy having your OS installed on the SSD. Makes booting up and navigating windows blazing fast.

A lot of gamers(maybe 99%) buy a cheap CPU and an expensive GPU,not the opposite
