Hi. Very recently, I have been experiencing a problem with Windows, or at least I think with Windows. When I put my computer to sleep or it goes to sleep after 30 minutes or so like I have it set to, I can not wake it back up by moving or clicking the mouse or striking a key on the keyboard. I have to turn my computer off then turn it on again and it "resumes windows". This is very unusual and I have never encountered this problem. The only things I have recently added/ changed on my PC are only having one stick of 4gb RAM in (as I'm sending the RAM back soon due to a bad stick) and I installed the Microsoft Mouse and Keyboard Center and the SteelSeries Engine for my keyboard and mouse, respectively. I already have the devices set to "Allow this device to wake the computer." Can anyone suggest some ideas to fix this?

I would check your motherboard's manufacturer's website for any driver updates.

As far as I can tell, I am up to date. I should have mentioned that about a week ago I wiped my hard drive so all my drivers etc. are basically brand new.
