Why do manufacturer motherboard sites have used PDF for memory QVL lists

The CPU QVL is posted on the site, why not the ram lists?

Perhaps they update it when the site first is posted but after a few years, surely they could just post the details on a page rather than us having to download the PDF?

The part numbers change so quickly that they are almost immediately irrelevant and there are far too many to update daily/weekly.

I think mb veNdors and ram vendors need to write a small db program that they all use and can share there tested info. Then person can scroll by ram part number or mb model and check that all ram that been tested.
