hi i am buying a Intel core i5 3570k socket 1155 , no intention of overclocking but i am looking for a silent closed loop cooler that wont cost me a arm and a leg but fair price , and it must be reliable and must be able to cope with intense CPU stress and frequent and long hours of usage ... any ideas don't really care about size since i have a tower case..have support for a 240mm radiator also...

I myself own a Corsair H80. and I have absolutely no problems with it. I have an i5 2500k OC'ed to 4.5 on 1.26v on an ASUS P8Z68 V-PRO GEN3 and I never touch 50 degrees under load. If you do choose this cooler I recommend changing the fans, I find them loud. I also have a fan controller to further control better the fans if you want to lower your DB. I replaced mine with some Thermaltake fans. Works like a charm
