Hi,

I am about to build myself a new system based on the below parts.
It is going to be for general use, htpc and gaming.
I would like the best quality/price relation for my components, not the best components.
I also would like the system to be as silent as possible as well.
Do I need to change the stock CPU fan?
Would you change something?

Case - £27 – Silverstone SG05W-Lite USB 3.0 Sugo SFF Mini ITX
PSU - £69 – 450W Silverstone SST-ST45SF-G, SFX, Modular, 80 PLUS Gold
CPU -£116 –Intel Core i5 3350P, S 1155, Ivy Bridge, Quad Core, 3.1GHz (with stock fan)
Motherboard - £73 – Gigabyte GA-H77N-WIFI, Intel H77, 1155
Memory - £42– 8GB (2x4GB) Corsair DDR3 Vengeance Low Profile (1600MHz)
GPU - £127 – 2GB Gigabyte GTX 660 Windforce 2X
Hard Drive - £41– 1TB Seagate ST1000DM003 Barracuda 7200
DVD Drive - £14– Samsung SN-208DB/BEBET
Screen - £114- 23" Viewsonic VX2370SMH-LED IPS Monitor Full HD 1920x1080

Updated with the prices.
Total is around £750.
My budget would be 850 but I dont really want to spend that much because I think these are the best quality-price components.
What do you think?

How about getting GTX 760? Its a widely improved 660[Link], while keeping the price cheap.
