What is a good Video Card under $150.oo

I was looking at the GeForce GTX 650ti Boost 2GB but it comes in over $176.99
so i was comparing the Radeon Sapphire HD 7770 1GB Edition for $119.99
or the GeForce GTX 550ti for $129.00 and i still need to upgrade my power supply.
Currently have i7 2600 core and GT 420 card with 300 watt power supply.

thanks for the card its great.

Now which power supply best supports it the specs say 550 watts with 1-150 watt 8 pin power connection and
1- 75 watt 6 pin power connector. I tried to look them up but i could not see them in the specs for the PS.
AMD recommends a Corsair TX 650 V2 and at newegg its $99.99.
