Hi,
My company is planning to host the intranet.
User limit - 200 users
Concurrency - 7-10
Storage - more than 100gb

What servers would be required and how much would it cost per server?

Back up 3 steps.
Hire a local, experienced, consultant.

There is waaaaaaay more information needed than can be derived here.
Intranet for what?
Budget?
Platform?
Location?
Storage for what? How was this 100gb+ determined?

Not looking for actual 'answers' here, but those are just some basic questions a rational consultant would start with.

All that information is with me, i am just not good with the server and other technical stuff.
And intranet would be for collaboration and communication with basic stuff like document management, project management, calendar, contacts etc. Please note it would be a new intranet.
The organization is a non-profit so budget won't be much
storage would be for everything happening over in the intranet including files shared, files saved, forums, pages etc.
this org has used 250 GB for the past 10 years, so estimation of 100+GB for 2-3 years is done, is there any other way too?

Trust me, gag_sing, USAF is doing you a favor - the problem is when people try these sort of things without a strong understanding of the underlying technologies and principles of properly setting up a business network, they'll often create more problems than they've solved. Most of the times they end up with a half-functioning monster network and then have to pay a larger premium because someone has to come behind them and make it work properly - as the users are already too dependent on it to allow a "start from scratch" scenario. I've ran into several of these.

Since you are a non-profit, you can probably work with either a set of consultants or a local MSP and get either free or greatly reduced price service (since they can write it off as a tax write-off for the premium cost of services). People tend to like to help non-profits. See if you can get someone who works in IT to perform this task for you and count it as volunteer work if no business wants to do it for free (or at a rate your NPO can afford).
