Will this PSU be sufficient for my build?

I need to know if this PSU will be enough to power this build. I will be adding 2 additional fans, so will there be enough outlets on the PSU to power all my parts?

Yes. Even a cheaper, but quality XFX 550W PSU is sufficient.

While i always recommend investing in the best PSU available, yes 650w should be fine.
