Oil Cooling Question

I've been thinking of making an oil cooled PC, seems popular lately and fun. Biggest reason I want it, is because it's dustless, but it's also quiet, effective and it looks nice lol.

I have an idea, I'm hoping I can get some advice on.
Could I put a water/or anti-freeze system with the oil? I want to put a radiator in the oil and have that pump to an external radiator on the side, rather than take the oil out and cool it. I know the oil retains its heat well, so I thought that this could cool it down more effectively. I would have fans/pumps to circulate the oil to keep it well circulated.

Would a radiator that takes out the oil be better? (like Puget systems)

I'm not overclocking, but my PC would be on 24/7. Would I even need a radiator to cool down the oil?

Should I get aftermarket heatsinks for CPU and/or other parts? I'll put it all in a glass case and try to do what I can to ambient-ly lower the temp.

I'm building a PC I don't plan on upgrading. Maybe an i7 3rd gen, SSD HD, about a $150 video card (whatever I can find the best bang for the buck) I plan on doing gaming, image editing, general use. With the gaming, I dont plan on having any setting on high, but I'd like it to be able to play new games. Once it's set up, I dont plan on ever moving it.

EDIT:
Is there a recommended power supply?
