Which cpu is better for gaming and media browsing?

Now this is probably a stupid question but i was wondering what is better for gaming and media browsing the intel i5 3470 or the intel i7 3770?

Will you be overclocking or at least in the future? If not there's no point in buying the K version. And nope it wont bottleneck if you were to get it.

multi threading, It be useful for applications that takes advantages of those extra cores. like photoshop, rendering, CAD ect. but your only gaming and watching movies so you're alright. Invest more of your money towards a better GPU if you haven't.

im getting a MSI Z77A-G45 MOBO and a EVGA GeForce GTX 770 SC so will the i5 3570K bottleneck it?
and if im playing bf3 online your saying get the i5 with the Z77 MOBO right?
