im trying to build a computer that is made for gaming that can run any game on max and have 60 and higher and not lag if anybody has a good computer in mind that is $500-$700 and the games i have in mind to play on max settings and 60 and higher fps is minecraft all the cod's and bf3 if you can help plz do

Best I could do with the budget. Please note no OS is included.

This build will get you the 60+ fps you are requesting in all of the listed games at pretty much full settings at 1080p, as this card runs approximately on a par with the 7950. However, it's the next gen games you may struggle with. BF4 and the new COD are due to be released this October/November time, and it's most likely that being able to play these on the highest settings will not be possible. However, if you turn down the settings a notch, you'll easily get very playable FPS.

I do like the idea of the bigger Videocard, but wont it be bottlenecked by that Athlon II X4 750K ?

I know for a fact that my 2 x GTX 460 768 MB SLI are bottlenecked by my Phenom II X6 3.5 Ghz ?

Anandtech recommends the A10-5800K for single GPU gaming in their recent review of CPU performance at 1440P. The 750K is but a 5800K without the integrated graphics. The chip does overclock well and shouldn't have any issues keeping pace with the HD 7970.
